Advisories and Information
All products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse with cool water.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- As with any alpha hydroxy product, if you are pregnant, intend to become pregnant within three months of the last day of use, or are breastfeeding, consult a physician before using AloeGlyC.
- LexLi AloeGlyC may activate cold sores in people who are prone to the herpes virus. Avoid direct application to the lips.
- The Vitamin C beads contained in AloeGlyC may be difficult to breakdown. The heat of your skin will help dissolve them.
- When using LexLi AloeGlyC, your skin may become red, pink, and dry. You will also have varying degrees of itching. These symptoms are normal. The dryness is a desired state in the exfoliation process. The dryness may make existing wrinkles appear worse. Some individuals may experience mild swelling, flushing, and burning, particularly those with sensitive skin. These symptoms are temporary and require no special treatment. Slowing down the use of AloeGlyC for a short time may bring relief. These symptoms will subside as tolerance is built. Gradually, after the initial period, your skin will feel less dry and will look and feel better. If skin irritation becomes severe, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
